Seneca Ridge is comprised of 206 homes and one undeveloped commercial lot. Homes include three different types – single family, duplex and townhome. The community offers 40 acres of open space, three playgrounds, a walking trail, and several sitting areas. The Seneca Ridge Homeowners Association maintains the common areas throughout the community. Duplex and townhome owners receive specific services, including lawn care and landscaping.
